Blog #1

Someone who has had a significant influence on me is my mom. She has always been there for me every step of my life and I couldn't be more thankful for her, She had dedicated so much of her time trying to raise me to be the best person I can be and I am truly blessed. She understands me more than anyone else and always seems to know what is best for me. She is my hero.

    Thanks for sharing this, Connor. The post falls a little short of what is expected in terms of depth and examples. Your mom sounds like a remarkable person but there is not one concrete example of this. It's fine to start with a generality like "she understands me" but you have to follow that up with something that happened to you that led you to that conclusion. That way, the reader can understand where you're coming from.
